Once you've created one or more mappings you can view them as a diagram by selecting "Diagram" from the list of options.
Diagrams are read-only views of the mapping information, but you can navigate from parts of the diagram back to the mapping screen to change certain details if required.
Adding Additional Mappings
If the source or target message for the mapping are involved in other mappings you can add these to the diagram also, to create an 'end-to-end' view of the mapping process. This is done by selecting the name of the mapping you want to add from the drop-down list in the top-right corner, and then clicking the 'add' button.
Viewing Details
You can view more detailed information about the mapping of a field by clicking on the field. The details of all the mappings relating to this field are shown in the detail view at the bottom of the diagram. Any UI annotations relating to fields involved in the mapping are also shown. This can be useful for showing the 'end-to-end' of a mapping process to end-users.
Panning and Zooming
The diagram can be panned by clicking and dragging the mouse on the diagram area. The diagram can be zoomed with the mouse wheel. You can click on the mapping icons
Exporting to PNG
You can export the diagram to a PNG file (which can be difficult with screen-capture tools if the diagram is very large) by clicking the button labeled 'Image' in the top-right corner. Note: For very large diagrams there is a known issue where the diagram cannot be exported by this method.
Exporting to Spreadsheet
When multiple mappings have been added to a single diagram the overall "end-to-end" mapping can be exported as a spreadsheet by clicking the "Export" button in the top-right corner.
